Can I try it first?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can see your own numbers before you pay.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Selling through your Sentralbee storefront is free. Only Stripe’s usual card fee applies.
What is a Clarity Review?
A free 30-minute session. We cost one of your products with you and map how your orders move. You keep the numbers, whether you sign up or not.
Can I add more people?
Starter includes 3 seats, Growth 10 and Scale 25. Extra seats are $5 each per month.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly plans cost less than paying monthly.
I subscribe on my iPhone. Is that different?
Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone app go through Apple, so the price there can differ slightly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down as your business changes.
